How do you get your test result and Certificate?
We offer a fully assisted testing service, carried out in our private consultation room which is fully supervised by a professional pharmacist. We then courier your test directly to the Government approved testing centre. Once received at the Lab, your results and PCR certificate will be emailed directly to you within 24 hours*.
If you book your test before the cut off time (4 pm), your results will be sent to your email on the next working day with the fit-for-travel certificate.

Please determine when you need your test done. Work out the time as the test centre will issue
the test result time based on when you did the test.
Please make sure you don’t eat, drink, chew gum, smoke or brush your teeth at least 20 minutes
before you take the mouth and nasal swab test. Doing this can contaminate your sample, which
may result in it needing a retest and therefore, delaying your result.
